Returns and Damaged Items

Please read below for instructions and policies!
You may return the item within 14 days of the original purchase date to receive a refund.
To start the process, please send an email to [email protected] Please include your name, order number, and the item you want to return and the reason for returning.
You will receive a response with an address, which is where you need to ship your product. Once received, a refund will be processed. Please print your original order confirmation and include a note instructing that this is a return. To protect yourself in the event of loss or damage when making a return, please insure your package! We can’t issue a refund if your product never makes it back!
You are responsible for any return shipping fees. But don’t worry, we will NOT withhold any money from your refund to cover the original shipping costs. We offer FREE SHIPPING to orders in the United States, but please remember that this is a cost to us that we provide for you. We have also decided not to pass any RESTOCKING FEES back to you.
ALL items must be returned in unused condition in their original packaging. It’s OK if the product was opened, as long as it wasn’t used and can still be sold again. If it arrives in an unacceptable condition, then a refund can’t be issued. If you have questions about if you’re eligible for a refund, please send pictures to [email protected]
Even though products are packed and shipped as safely as possible, it’s always possible that your item arrives damaged.
If you receive a damaged item, please notify us ASAP. We need to be made aware within THREE DAYS of receiving your order.
